If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 90 days of receipt.


1. Return period (90 days)

You have 90 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

 

2. Return eligibility conditions

To be accepted, the product must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • Be in perfect condition
  • Be returned with its original tags
  • Be in its original packaging (if applicable)

⚠️ Any product that does not meet these conditions may be refused.



3. Return procedure (mandatory)

4. Return shipping costs

  • Cash on Delivery (COD):
    👉 Return costs are fully covered by Arabisha
  • Online payment (card, Apple Pay, etc.):
    👉 Return costs are the responsibility of the customer


5. Refunds

Online payment:

  • The refund will be issued via the original payment method
  • Processing time: 10 to 15 business days after receipt and validation of the return

Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • Refund via:
    • Bank transfer, or
    • Store credit (voucher) as per your preference
  • Processing time: 10 to 15 business days


6. Store Credit Option (voucher)

You can choose to receive a store credit valid on Arabisha.com, usable at any time.

👉 This option can be processed more quickly.


7. Non-refundable products (if applicable)

Some items may not be eligible for return for hygiene or customization reasons (if applicable, this will be specified on the product page).

 

8. Defective products or order error

If you receive an item that is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Or incorrect

👉 Contact us immediately.

👉 We will cover the full return and replacement or refund.

 

9. Right of refusal

Arabisha reserves the right to refuse a return if:

  • Conditions are not met
  • The product shows signs of use
